Customer Privacy

• You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.

Appointment Cancellations

• Cancellations made with at least 12 hours’ notice incur no charge.

• Same-day cancellations may incur a $10 fee to cover scheduling and logistics.

• Missed pickups without notice may require prepayment for future bookings.

Late Payments

• Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

• Invoices not settled within 7 days may incur a $10 late fee.

• Continued non-payment may result in service suspension until the account is cleared.

• We are happy to discuss flexible arrangements—just reach out.

Handling of Complaints

• We welcome feedback and take all concerns seriously.

• Complaints can be submitted via phone, email, or our website.

• We aim to respond within two business days and resolve issues promptly and respectfully
